Whilst all the routes take in routes used for the Tour of Britain & the Women’s Tour they have evolved slightly to make the routes as best as we can taking in some beautiful locations and avoid some of the busier roads and junctions than used by the Tour events.

Our rider pack will be sent out asap and will include all the information required with a full breakdown of routes along with feed stations and we will also have some printed route maps for you on the day if you prefer a good old map!  For the GPS lovers out there we will also make sure you have all the files you need for all routes.

Starting from the hospital we take you on a tour of the countryside to the idilic village of Old Buckingham following routes used by the Tour of Britain. Stop for some refreshment or a bite to eat at the our new feed station in this picturesque village.  The route does push the distance just over 30 miles but we feel its well worth it.

Following the 30 route past an early feed station at Old Buckingham we then follow the stunning scenery though idyllic villages such as the Pullhams through to Harleston where we turn off the main 100 route to visit the Saints to find the main feed station.  Once you have had a cuppa and some cake its a quiet return trip back to the city.

Leaving the NNUH heading on the same route as the 30 and 60 we pass the early feed station at Old Buckenham, then as we get to the turn off where the 60 mile route at Harleston we go on to sample some of the stunning locations that North Suffolk has to offer.  With an additional feed station at Fressingfield before heading to the picturesque setting of Heveningham Hall and returning to St Margaret for one final stop before heading back to the NNUH.
